Lebanese artist Marwan Khoury will perform many of his romantic songs at Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmed Cultural Centre for the first time in November 2019. Khoury’s talent appeared in 1975, Participating in concerts at the early age of seven.
Later, he studied Solfege, Harmony and piano at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik and received the second prize in composition of the university in 1987. In the 1990s, Khoury started his professional career as a conductor of the musical band of the TV show “Lelet Haz” with director Simon Asmar, followed by his participation as an instrumentalist in the band of the famous Lebanese talent show, “Studio El Fan” in 1993. Two years later, he released his first song, entitled “Feek Ma Balak”, and his first album “Khayal el Omr” was launched in 2002. Khoury’s famous songs include “Kel Al- Asayed” “Khedni Maak”, “Albak ala Albi” and “Mughram”.
