Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmed Cultural Centre

Angham, the Egyptian super star with the enchanting voice and popular songs, returns to her audience at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmed Cultural Centre, breaking years of absence, to perform at the National Theatre on September 29th. Despite not being absent from Kuwait, Angham’s last concert at the Centre was during the February 2020 festival.

The Egyptian beloved singer was born into an artistic family, as her father is the late composer Mohamed Ali Sulaiman, and her uncle is the late singer Emad Abdelhalim. Having begun singing at an early age, Angham attained fame in just a few years, becoming one of the most significant Arab singing stars of our time. In addition to her powerful voice, she has distinguished herself through the choice of themes in her songs that express a range of female emotions and experiences. This distinction has placed her in a unique status and earned her the title of the star of her generation.
